Rev. Emmanuel Partey, a dedicated professional in both public health and spiritual leadership, serves as the Ag. District Director of Health Services and Reverend Minister in the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. Born on 30th June 1979 in Agormanya, Odumase Krobo, Eastern Region, Ghana, he is the eldest among seven siblings. His upbringing in a large family instilled values of responsibility and community service from an early age. Rev. Partey is married to Mrs. Mabel Partey, and together they have three children. Fluent in Krobo, Ga, Twi, and English, he bridges cultural and linguistic divides in his professional and personal life

Education

Rev. Emmanuel Partey’s educational journey reflects his commitment to excellence in both public health administration and spiritual ministry. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Ensign Global College, affiliated with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), graduating in September 2022. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) from the University of Ghana, School of Public Health, completing his studies in May 2017. His foundational training includes a diploma in Technical Officer Community Health (Disease Control) from the former Rural Health Training School (now College of Health and Well-being) in August 2004. Rev. As the Ag. District Director of Health Services for Twifo/Ati-Morkwa since July 2023, he spearheads the strategic planning and management of health services, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare to the community. Before this appointment, he served as Ag. District Director of Health Services in Upper Denkyira West from March to July 2023, demonstrating his adeptness in district-level health administration and leadership.

From 2020 to 2023, Rev. Partey served as the District Disease Control Officer in Asuogyaman, focusing on implementing effective disease prevention and control strategies. His role as the Municipal EPI & TB/HIV Coordinator for Akwapim North from 2018 to 2020 highlights his commitment to enhancing immunization and tuberculosis/HIV management programs at the municipal level.
